At Leni Poki, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding order cancellations, refunds, and how we handle issues with your order.

Order Cancellations

Before Preparation

You may cancel your order for a full refund if:

  • The order has not yet been prepared (within 5 minutes of placing the order)
  • You contact us immediately at (555) 123-4567

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

After Preparation

Once your order has been prepared, we cannot offer a refund except in cases of:

  • Product quality issues
  • Incorrect order fulfillment
  • Store error or inability to fulfill your order

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will:

  • Remake your drink at no charge (if reported within 15 minutes of pickup)
  • Provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Please notify staff immediately if there is an issue with your order while you are still in store, or call us at (555) 123-4567 within 15 minutes of pickup.

Incorrect Orders

If we made an error with your order (wrong item, missing toppings, etc.), we will:

  • Remake your order correctly at no charge
  • Provide a full refund if you cannot return to the store

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after order preparation has begun
  • Failure to pick up your order during the scheduled time window
  • Dissatisfaction with drink customizations you requested
  • Normal variations in taste or temperature
  • Allergic reactions (please review allergen information before ordering)

No-Show Policy

If you do not pick up your order within 30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time and do not contact us, your order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We cannot provide refunds via cash, check, or alternative payment methods.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used for any menu items
  • Is non-transferable

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  3. If possible, return to the store with your receipt

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, it may delay or prevent resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
